Start your Wednesday with a calming yoga experience. This class focuses on gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation. Perfect for all levels! Taught by Maryjane Bennett-Sandell.
Saturday, 7 - 8:15 AM
First Class: October 19
Experience poses from the ground up and learn at a deeper level how breath supports our poses. This exploration of technique is good for beginners and experienced yogis. Co-taught by Lanelle Gallo and Anna Neville.
The teachers are regular worshipers at St. Matthew and certified yoga instructors. We will begin with an opening meditation and end with announcements that include other church offerings. We hope to serve the broader community, as well as St. Matthew members, so invite your friends! Minimum donation is $10 per class.
