Prayer

Prayer is central to what we do at St Matthew.  At worship, meetings, and activities, we join hands to pray.  If you have a private request for prayer, you can leave it below, or call the office at (860) 673-3301.  Prayer requests are shared with a group dedicated to support others by praying the needs of others.

St Matthew offers healing prayers on the fifth Sunday of the month in the worship service.  This is an opportunity for worshipers to experience the laying on of hands and a word of prayer directed specifically to them or someone they love.  Additionally, the Prayer Shawl Ministry prays as they create shawls for people in need, surrounding them with the love of God.
